I am a Registered Nurse. My Dad, a 90 year old retired Dentist, had a fall that changed the way he was accustomed to living overnight. That is when we met Agnes. Her care and concern for my dad was genuine. On our first meeting she was kind, professional , very organized and confident. Agnes called me with any concerns and kept me informed of any changes. There were two times we were able to get my Dad to the hospital in a timely manner due to her astute observations. Agnes was a part of my Dads day, that he looked forward to. He knew he could trust her with his care and she would answer any questions or concerns he had. She was always on time, so pleasant to both my parents. We could not have had a better care giver. I called this company up in need of an urgent last minute cleaning service. They were extremely accommodating (even though it was during a holiday weekend rush) and the service was great. The cleaning was very easy to schedule. The cleaner arrived on time and cleaned our house while we were home. She was quiet and moved about without disturbing us. The house was SPOTLESS!!! Hired them after reading two reviews. The owner came out to scope out my house a few days later which was nice as some places say it's weeks before they can get there. Estimate was very reasonable so i figured i'd give them a shot. The woman who came out (different person) was actually early opposed to late, and very friendly. simply asked where i kept a few things and went to work. When i came home i was very impressed. Expected just a basic cleaning as i wasn't too detailed in my requests, but she cleaned everything. Was very thorough. Would recommend them in a heartbeat. -Micheal B
